It requests as input aproduct codeand, optionally, its production date. Both informationcan beacquired automatically scanning the product barcode bycamera. Thenthe resolution can be found moving from either theerror code on theproduct display, or a symptom, or even a ledcombination on theproduct interface. The APP can be used also inplaces where anInternet connection is not available as productsearches can bestored locally. Ariston Thermo Quick Fix gives alsoonline access toproduct documentation, such as user manuals,exploded views, sparepart lists, technical notes, etc.. APP isactually available onlyfor wall hung boilers, Heat Pump WaterHeaters and Gas InstantaneousWater Heaters and will be graduallyextended to other product linesof Ariston Thermo Group.
